Original artworks, prints, and handpainted apparel are non-refundable. 

All printed apparel sales are final, except for if flaws in workmanship are found.  We are a two-man operation and care deeply on improving our standards.  

Please contact us at hello@ashleybuttercup.com to approve a return.  We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without proir return approval.  Only unworn items will be accepted for exchanges within 30 days of when item is delivered to you.
